Xemarc Return Policy:
At Xemarc, we strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. If, however, you find it necessary to return a product, please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.

2. Restocking Fee:
A 40% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and repackaging returned items.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer_service@xemarc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the product(s) back to our designated return address, ensuring they are securely packaged.

4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the 40% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Exceptions:
Customized or special-order items are not eligible for return.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling may not be accepted for return.

6. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
